how's life been for you people?

good i hope

mine is good

so have you guys heard of the 'Pinnacle @ Duxton Plain'?

i hope you do

since it's the high-end HDB flats as high as 50stories

and i went there recently

on tuesday to be exact

i didn't expect much since i wasn't truly am a fan of the flats

it seemed to much for my liking

and when i reached there

i was overwhelmed by the scale of it

and the facade

it was made better by the wind that made it such a pleasure to explore

the area

the park

the greeneries

the blocks

but then the day turned sour

the elevator was warm and uncomfortable

the elevators was such an inconvenience

even one of the residents said something somewhat similar

ouh and when there's no wind it is so humid

i was perspiring

the unit we went to was small

you can't even imagine the scale of it

it suddenly looked like a canned sardines

placed near each other with sky gardens

and how disappointing was the gardens?

truly disappointing

the 50th floor garden was bare

it had cheesy themes and pathetic attempts to

create the themes

the 26th floor was a much preferred place

it has a jogging track

a relaxation area more suited for prolonged usage

and it has shade

that is good

i have pictures but it's with

my friend

yesterday i had my laptop OS upgraded to

Window 7

and it was reformatted in the process

and i don't own a external hard disk

so i used my friends' as a temporary solution

but today my friend wasn't feeling well so i don't have it with me

it's a pity that my friend missed lecture

but if it is for our own good then go ahead

so when i get my data back

i really hope i post some here

since this blog lacks pictures

vlogs

and more interesting stuff other than reading

ok gym

and exercise has been in my mind for a very long time

so long that i had made plans for us to meet

though unfortunately these plans

are as good as an expired voucher on a shopping day

i am planning to adopt a healthier lifestyle

so far i am doing well i guess in drinking mainly

'plain' water

sort of a detoxification and to hydrate myself

though there's a price to pay

haha

well now it's about the process of the ideal fitness level

regular exercise and proper meals

i really want to be fit

since skinny is seriously making my clothes look big

and that is wrong!

haha

ouh well now i shall adopt my master plan 2.0

since master plan 1.0 was scrapped for being too lazy

anyways just an update of what i did yesterday

went with my mom and lil' bro

to a family picnic at changi beach

we thought hey why not go after the rain

and we did

then after we reach and i had a dip in the

sea (phobia still)

it began to drizzle

wind began to blow stronger

and the rain decided to become heavier

so as my mom seek shelter in the tent

i ended up sitting on the ground under the canvas

with majority of my relatives

it lasted too long

as i sat there dozing off here and there

haha but it was fun overall

don't know what's going to happen today

i think we will be going out too

we are bound to lose it's essence

that would nicely reflect my stand

the objective we were set to achieve

well i might be crossing some lines

but i'm just saying

acknowledging our existence is the first step

to understanding our actual personality

what we feel and how we deal with it

like for an instance

a stressful project worsen by unhelpful mates

we could break apart just by trying to keep all the stress in

or explode when we try to vent it

not meaning in a violent or loud manner

even a slow release can be dangerous

well that does happen right?

or we could take a deep breath

pause for a moment and look at the situation

think of distractions

think of ways to forget about the problems

while finding a way to finish your assignment

cause not all problems can be fixed

but they can be avoided

just avoid it

like what i like to say

avoid or be avoided

some might think its hard

well isn't suppose to be?

some think they're too weak?

aren't all of us?

its reasons that bring yourself down

these are not the reasons that bring

you to a state of mind

that allows you to do such things

to distract yourself from meaningless problems

and allow you to focus on the more bigger problem

size doesn't matter

what matter is the severity of such problems

there's a saying that goes

failure is a process not a result

so why be too fussed up?

its not over when its over isn't it?

prioritize your life

make it to your advantage

cause in the end of the day

you are your own creation

not in a divine kind of way

but in a life upbringing

and not all triers succeed

trying and doing is different

if you do you achieve something

good or bad its a process

today was the first time i saw my tutor and classmates

all 19 of them i think

after holding on for 4 days

sore throat

and my ears are giving me a problem

then during closing for store

i'm participating in a self imposed

21 days cleansing routine

where i become a vegetarian

though i have tried it before

it lasted only 4 days

you know my parents or shall i say family thinks i'm crazy

but now i'm determined to do it

so lets recap on day one

i started with oatmeal with honey for breakfast

not bad right

but i used dairy creamer

strike one for me

booo hooo

then for lunch at work i bought bee hoon

with tofu

well sounds ok too

then my manager gave me some otak2 and fish filet

wanted to give away but my partners don't want

so what to do

i eat feel so bad though

really

then i bought old chang kee

yam pie and gyozu on stick

so sounds vege enough

then i bought milk chocolate

wah so bad of me

sorry cows

though it was one of those guilty pleasures

well after that i went home for supper

and guess what

my mom cooked ayam masak lemak cili padi

at first i resisted temptation
